Katrina Ballard, Accounting and Human Resource Manager

Katrina has 18 years of Human Resource experience and 20 years of experience in accounting and financial trend analysis. Katrina has focused her career on employee engagement and team communication. She is a certified behavioral analyst and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM CP). Katrina holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Science and Human Resource Management. In an effort to improve the bottom line of organizations by improving their front lines, Katrina earned her MBA in 2017, and her MSA (Master’s of Science in Accounting) in 2019. Katrina was born and raised in San Diego but has proudly called Arizona her home since 1990. In her spare time, Katrina loves to cook, and she volunteers with many animal welfare related local nonprofits.
