Joanne brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and homebuilding, with a strong background in both single-family and multifamily projects.  She is an integral part of SoDella and strongly aligns with the company’s values, vision, and commitment to building quality communities. Earlier in her career, Joanne was an accountant with Shea Homes, where she gained valuable insight into the business side of homebuilding and developed a strong foundation in the industry and the importance of community-focused development.  Originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Joanne values time spent with family and enjoys hiking and cycling.
