James Van Balen, Project Manager

James has 10 years of construction experience ranging from residential single family to heavy civil construction with roadway and underground utility construction. Being a 3rd generation construction professional from masonry to general contracting, James has always known what he wanted to do growing up. He is a detail-oriented individual bringing exceptional management, leadership and organizational skills. James graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 and holds a bachelor’s degree in business and sociology. James was born and raised in Arizona, is originally from Tucson, and moved to Phoenix right after high school to attend ASU and start his career. James has an amazing wife and four young children, ranging from 6 years old to 13 years old, and is never not busy outside of work. During their free time, they enjoy going to the lake, visiting family in Tucson, swimming and enjoying time together.
