Ciriaco "CJ" Escalante, Superintendent

Ciriaco Escalante, known as CJ, was born and raised in Arizona and is fluent in both Spanish and English. After high school, uncertain of his career path, CJ chose to enter the construction industry. CJ started as an electrical apprentice, dedicating five years to mastering the trade. His commitment and expertise quickly advanced him to the role of foreman, where he successfully managed residential and commercial projects for a decade. Currently, CJ is embarking on a new chapter as a construction superintendent. With a wealth of hands-on experience and a proven track record in project management, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction process to every project he undertakes. Family holds a special place in CJ's heart, and his commitment to his loved ones is reflected in his work. He strives to create safe, high-quality structures that families can rely on, mirroring the importance he places on his own family’s well-being.
